SCHNOS (Standardized Cosmesis and Health Nasal Outcomes Survey)
This questionnaire, called SCHNOS, helps us understand your perspective on both how your nose looks and how well it functions for breathing. Your honest answers to these 10 questions will give Dr. Bonaparte a clear picture of any concerns you have before a potential rhinoplasty and will also help us measure how things improve for you afterwards. Please think about your experiences over the past month when answering.
